DDR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DDR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 612 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCR8, TMEM207, and KHDRBS2. Each is linked with DDR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDR2-to-partner and partner-to-DDR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCR8 grouped by DDR2-low versus DDR2-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
