DDN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,593 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDN-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR7845, RNU6-1121P, and RNA5SP19. Each is linked with DDN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDN-to-partner and partner-to-DDN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR7845 grouped by DDN-low versus DDN-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDN→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
