DDN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DDN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 107 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDN-associated genes across cancer lineages are HOXB1, SLC10A2, and C5orf52. Each is linked with DDN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDN-to-partner and partner-to-DDN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HOXB1 grouped by DDN-low versus DDN-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDN→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
