DDI1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDI1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,319 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC66A2, PPIAP27, and RNU6-660P. Each is linked with DDI1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDI1-to-partner and partner-to-DDI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC66A2 grouped by DDI1-low versus DDI1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
