DDHD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDHD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,181 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDHD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEP128, PCNX1, and CHD8. Each is linked with DDHD1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDHD1-to-partner and partner-to-DDHD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DDHD1 versus CEP128 in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDHD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDHD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
