DDHD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDHD1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDHD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and eEF2. Each is linked with DDHD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDHD1-to-partner and partner-to-DDHD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by DDHD1-low versus DDHD1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDHD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDHD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
