DCX

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCX RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,049 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCX-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CRMP1, PPP1R12B, and CRMP1_T509. Each is linked with DCX in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCX-to-partner and partner-to-DCX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DCX versus CRMP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCX→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
