DCX

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCX protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,645 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCX-associated genes across cancer lineages are AKT3, CNRIP1, and FOXP2. Each is linked with DCX in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCX-to-partner and partner-to-DCX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DCX versus AKT3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCX→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
