Across TCGA cell cohorts, DCX RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,231 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCX-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein modification by small protein removal, Regulation of embryonic development, and Protein deubiquitination. Each is linked with DCX in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCX-to-partner and partner-to-DCX results are reported.
