DCX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DCX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCX-associated genes across cancer lineages are WFDC11, GALP, and GYS2. Each is linked with DCX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCX-to-partner and partner-to-DCX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, WFDC11 grouped by DCX-low versus DCX-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCX→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
