Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DCUN1D2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DCUN1D2 data layer compared with 29 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher DCUN1D2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DCUN1D2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
READ, BLCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where DCUN1D2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
