Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DCTN6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DCTN6 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher DCTN6 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DCTN6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA, BLCA, and SCLC are the cancer types where DCTN6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
