DCTN6

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCTN6 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,951 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCTN6-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDE1A, HROB, and DBF4B. Each is linked with DCTN6 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCTN6-to-partner and partner-to-DCTN6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DCTN6 versus PDE1A in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCTN6→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCTN6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
