Across TCGA cell cohorts, DCTN6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,080 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCTN6-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP2CB, CCDC25, and SARAF. Each is linked with DCTN6 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCTN6-to-partner and partner-to-DCTN6 results are reported.
