Across TCGA cell cohorts, DCTN6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,550 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCTN6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of regulatory ncRNA-mediated heterochromatin formation, Negative regulation of regulatory ncRNA-mediated heterochromatin formation, and piRNA-mediated gene silencing by mRNA destabilization. Each is linked with DCTN6 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCTN6-to-partner and partner-to-DCTN6 results are reported.
