DCTN5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCTN5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 133 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCTN5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU2-8P, RNU6-1139P, and MIR6795. Each is linked with DCTN5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCTN5-to-partner and partner-to-DCTN5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU2-8P grouped by DCTN5-low versus DCTN5-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCTN5→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCTN5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
