DCTD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCTD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 689 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCTD-associated genes across cancer lineages are E2F4P1, UBFD1P1, and YTHDF3-AS1. Each is linked with DCTD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCTD-to-partner and partner-to-DCTD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, E2F4P1 grouped by DCTD-low versus DCTD-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCTD→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCTD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
