DCP1B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCP1B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,761 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCP1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are DHRS11, LRRC57, and SKA2. Each is linked with DCP1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCP1B-to-partner and partner-to-DCP1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DHRS11 grouped by DCP1B-low versus DCP1B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCP1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCP1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
