DCP1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCP1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 858 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCP1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are OFD1P7Y, SPTLC1P2, and GAGE12H. Each is linked with DCP1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCP1A-to-partner and partner-to-DCP1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OFD1P7Y grouped by DCP1A-low versus DCP1A-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCP1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCP1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
