Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DCLRE1C Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DCLRE1C data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where higher DCLRE1C Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DCLRE1C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
PRAD and SKCM are the cancer types where DCLRE1C Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
