Across TCGA cell cohorts, DCLRE1C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,807 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DCLRE1C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Double-strand break repair via nonhomologous end joining, Regulation of nuclear division, and DNA synthesis involved in DNA repair. Each is linked with DCLRE1C in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCLRE1C-to-partner and partner-to-DCLRE1C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Double-strand break repair via nonhomologous end joining grouped by DCLRE1C-low versus DCLRE1C-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
