DCLK3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCLK3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,177 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCLK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHCHD1, NEDD8-MDP1, and SNU13. Each is linked with DCLK3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCLK3-to-partner and partner-to-DCLK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHCHD1 grouped by DCLK3-low versus DCLK3-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCLK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCLK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
