Q-omics provides the consensus-scored LINC01132 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. LINC01132 expression is associated with patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, LINC01132 is differentially expressed in 14, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Additionally, LINC01132 RNA expression shows 16,556 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in TGCT. Together, these results highlight KIRC, COAD, and TGCT as cancer lineages where LINC01132 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
