DCHS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCHS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,793 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCHS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHAF1A, RAD51, and ZWINT. Each is linked with DCHS1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCHS1-to-partner and partner-to-DCHS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHAF1A grouped by DCHS1-low versus DCHS1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCHS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCHS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
