DCHS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DCHS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,619 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCHS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF330, WDR48, and RAB3IP. Each is linked with DCHS1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCHS1-to-partner and partner-to-DCHS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF330 grouped by DCHS1-low versus DCHS1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCHS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCHS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
