DCD

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCD protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,408 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCD-associated genes across cancer lineages are YWHAQP5, RNU6-615P, and BICRA. Each is linked with DCD in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCD-to-partner and partner-to-DCD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DCD versus YWHAQP5 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCD→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
