DCAKD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCAKD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,397 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCAKD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UNC13D, SEC24A, and SH3KBP1. Each is linked with DCAKD in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCAKD-to-partner and partner-to-DCAKD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DCAKD versus UNC13D in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.59.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCAKD→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCAKD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
