Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DCAKD RNA is linked to patient survival in 28 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated DCAKD data layer compared with 1 for mutation status and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher DCAKD RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DCAKD expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and BRCA show a favorable association.
UCEC, BRCA, and KIRC are the cancer types where DCAKD RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
