DCAKD

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCAKD protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,280 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCAKD-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFT27, DYNLL2, and CCT6B. Each is linked with DCAKD in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCAKD-to-partner and partner-to-DCAKD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DCAKD versus IFT27 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCAKD→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCAKD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
