DCAKD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCAKD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 193 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCAKD-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPCP14, RNU6-1318P, and STAG3L4. Each is linked with DCAKD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCAKD-to-partner and partner-to-DCAKD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNRPCP14 grouped by DCAKD-low versus DCAKD-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCAKD→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCAKD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
