Across TCGA cell cohorts, DCAKD RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,324 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCAKD-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication-dependent chromatin disassembly, Copper ion export, and Coenzyme A biosynthetic process. Each is linked with DCAKD in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCAKD-to-partner and partner-to-DCAKD results are reported.
