DCAF7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCAF7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,669 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCAF7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEFV, INTS2, and PTPN22. Each is linked with DCAF7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCAF7-to-partner and partner-to-DCAF7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DCAF7 versus MEFV in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCAF7→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCAF7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
