Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCAF7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCAF7-associated genes across cancer lineages are A-Raf_pS299, MEK1, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with DCAF7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCAF7-to-partner and partner-to-DCAF7 results are reported.
