Across TCGA cell cohorts, DCAF7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,367 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCAF7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of mitotic cytokinesis, Positive regulation of cytokinesis, and Positive regulation of mRNA catabolic process. Each is linked with DCAF7 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCAF7-to-partner and partner-to-DCAF7 results are reported.
