DCAF7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DCAF7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCAF7-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC5A7 and OR10W1. Each is linked with DCAF7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCAF7-to-partner and partner-to-DCAF7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC5A7 grouped by DCAF7-low versus DCAF7-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCAF7→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCAF7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
