DCAF5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCAF5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,396 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCAF5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZFYVE1, PPP2R5E, and SEC23B. Each is linked with DCAF5 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCAF5-to-partner and partner-to-DCAF5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DCAF5 versus ZFYVE1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCAF5→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCAF5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
