DCAF5

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCAF5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,126 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCAF5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRSF5, GSTZ1, and GABRA3. Each is linked with DCAF5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCAF5-to-partner and partner-to-DCAF5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DCAF5 versus SRSF5 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.23.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCAF5→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCAF5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
