DCAF5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCAF5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,682 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCAF5-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMGB1P15, MIR7976, and NECAP1P1. Each is linked with DCAF5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCAF5-to-partner and partner-to-DCAF5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HMGB1P15 grouped by DCAF5-low versus DCAF5-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCAF5→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCAF5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
