Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCAF4L2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,588 significant associations in total. LGG shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCAF4L2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Telomere maintenance, Regulation of DNA-directed DNA polymerase activity, and Regulation of microtubule-based process. Each is linked with DCAF4L2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCAF4L2-to-partner and partner-to-DCAF4L2 results are reported.
