The most reproducible DCAF4L2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cotranslational protein targeting to membrane, Regulation of inflammatory response to antigenic stimulus, and Nuclear receptor-mediated steroid hormone signaling pathway. Each is linked with DCAF4L2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCAF4L2-to-partner and partner-to-DCAF4L2 results are reported.
