DCAF4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCAF4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCAF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, eEF2, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with DCAF4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCAF4-to-partner and partner-to-DCAF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by DCAF4-low versus DCAF4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCAF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCAF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
