Across TCGA cell cohorts, DCAF4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,907 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DCAF4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Spliceosome-depend formation of circular RNA, Monoubiquitinated protein deubiquitination, and rRNA transcription. Each is linked with DCAF4 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCAF4-to-partner and partner-to-DCAF4 results are reported.
