DCAF4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DCAF4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCAF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are EPPIN, OR9K2, and ARSH. Each is linked with DCAF4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCAF4-to-partner and partner-to-DCAF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EPPIN grouped by DCAF4-low versus DCAF4-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCAF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCAF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
