Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCAF16 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,733 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DCAF16-associated genes across cancer lineages are DDIAS, ZBTB26, and GINS2. Each is linked with DCAF16 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCAF16-to-partner and partner-to-DCAF16 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DCAF16 versus DDIAS in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCAF16→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCAF16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
