DCAF16

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCAF16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,536 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCAF16-associated genes across cancer lineages are ELMO2P1, RN7SKP264, and EN2. Each is linked with DCAF16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCAF16-to-partner and partner-to-DCAF16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ELMO2P1 grouped by DCAF16-low versus DCAF16-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCAF16→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCAF16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
