DCAF15

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCAF15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,129 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCAF15-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAVER1, BRD4, and DNMT1. Each is linked with DCAF15 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCAF15-to-partner and partner-to-DCAF15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DCAF15 versus RAVER1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCAF15→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCAF15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
