DCAF11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCAF11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,231 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCAF11-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM242E, PLTP, and TNNC2. Each is linked with DCAF11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCAF11-to-partner and partner-to-DCAF11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM242E grouped by DCAF11-low versus DCAF11-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCAF11→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCAF11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
