Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DCAF10 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DCAF10 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher DCAF10 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DCAF10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA show a favorable association.
LUAD, BRCA, and MESO are the cancer types where DCAF10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
