DBX1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DBX1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,773 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DBX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC12A6, LPCAT4, and NBEA. Each is linked with DBX1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DBX1-to-partner and partner-to-DBX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DBX1 versus SLC12A6 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DBX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DBX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
