The most reproducible DBX1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, non-stop decay, Positive regulation of stem cell population maintenance, and Response to endoplasmic reticulum stress. Each is linked with DBX1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DBX1-to-partner and partner-to-DBX1 results are reported.
